ClearSpend ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our service.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, SaaS vendor data you enter) and usage data to improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use your data solely to provide ClearSpend services: powering your dashboard, sending renewal alerts, and generating AI negotiation recommendations. Billing is handled by Stripe.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security policies so each user can only access their own data.
