ClearSpend grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SaaS spend management platform for your internal business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute access.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Pro and Scale plan customers who follow our negotiation playbooks and do not achieve $2 in savings per $1 spent on ClearSpend within 12 months may request a pro-rated refund. Conditions apply.
ClearSpend is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations or for savings outcomes from vendor negotiations.
